- The purpose of a successful marketing plan is to first provide your property in its best light to the widest number of potential buyers. When we are contacted by potential buyers or buyer’s agents, we generally only have their attention for brief moments in time. Our job at that point is to provide full and timely additional property information, assist in showing your property and respond quickly to any follow-up questions, that may lead to a Contract Offer to Purchase.
- When we receive a Contract Offer on a Seller’s property we breakdown the components of the offer relative to offered price, terms, and contingencies; with our Sellers objectives in mind.
After successfully negotiating the offer to a ratified contract, we will supervise property inspections, monitor buyers financing contingency progress, additional contract conditions, and coordinate legal representation for our seller client culminating into a settlement.
We do our utmost to ensure that from the first property showing to settlement that our client experiences the most positive outcome in an often complicated process.
